About this paper

Two printed key errors were corrected to the standard answer (Q2 laissez-faire means non-interference, so None of these; Q76 a consent decree is not appealable, so a fraud challenge goes to the same court), and 19 further items are flagged with notes, including a defective Q67 stem that omits its PPC 407 qualifier.
