About this paper
A 20-item Current Affairs one-liner list from the Sir Adnan booklet headed 'MPT 2022 CURRENT AFFAIRS' (monster-data 'CSS MPT PAST PAPERS' pack). 19 items are published here in the standard MCQ format with verified answers and explanations; the source prints answers only, so the 3 distractors per item are authored under Anas's 2026-10-28 single-format decision and optionsSource is recorded as 'authored'. 1 item dropped as unanswerable as printed (printed Q16, hypersonic missile test — several countries tested hypersonic weapons in 2022, so 'Russia' is not uniquely identifiable). Two printed answers were corrected to the standard answer and flagged in keyFlag: printed Q3 (UK Prime Minister after Johnson — Liz Truss, not Rishi Sunak, who followed Truss) and printed Q17 (no country was removed from the Commonwealth in 2022; the booklet's added claim that Sri Lanka hosted CHOGM 2022 is wrong — CHOGM 2022 was in Kigali, Rwanda). This is the Current Affairs section's recall list only, NOT the full official 2022 paper, and is labelled as such in the title, slug and paperType.

Paper practice FAQs
Is this the full official CSS MPT 2022 past paper? +
No. This is the Current Affairs section's one-liner list from a Sir Adnan booklet headed 'MPT 2022 CURRENT AFFAIRS'. It is labelled as a recall list in the title, slug and paperType, and it must not be quoted as the full 2022 paper.
How many questions are published, and what was dropped or corrected? +
19 of 20 printed items are published. Printed Q16 (which country tested a hypersonic missile in 2022) was dropped: several countries tested hypersonic weapons in 2022, so no single answer is identifiable as printed, and nothing was inferred. Two answers were corrected to the standard answer and flagged in keyFlag: the UK Prime Minister who succeeded Boris Johnson was Liz Truss (Rishi Sunak followed Truss), and no country was removed from the Commonwealth in 2022 (CHOGM 2022 was hosted by Rwanda, not Sri Lanka as the booklet adds).
The original list had no options — why are these options authored? +
The source prints question + answer only, with no (a)-(d) options. Under Anas's 2026-10-28 single-format decision, each item is published in the standard MCQ format with 3 authored plausible distractors; the questions and answers are the booklet's (subject to the two flagged corrections), and every answer was verified as the standard answer. optionsSource is recorded as 'authored' so authored options are never mistaken for the paper's.
What does the Current Affairs section cover? +
2022 world events: sport (FIFA World Cup, Winter Olympics, Asian Games), summits (BRICS, COP27, G20, World Economic Forum), awards (Nobel Peace Prize, Oscars), conflicts and politics (Russia-Ukraine war, UK and Brazilian leadership, US midterms), and Pakistan (2022 floods, the IMF tranche) plus the Commonwealth and the UN's Afghanistan envoy.
